Relocation Assistant

Move One is looking for Relocation Assistant as a resource for administrative support to the Product Manager, Key Account Managers and Relocation Coordinators. Main responsibilities of Relocation Assistant will be:

Receipt and coordination of all new Relocation initiations, opening jobs, allocating coordinators, keeping updated records for new files, notifying relevant staff from MoveOne and all Relocation offices;

Updating of multiple online platforms/portals of RMCs;

Receipt/coordination of RMC queries on all Relo - specific mailboxes;

Collaboration with accounting for setting-up Relo - related billing entities;

Tracking coordinators' job volume and preparing monthly job volume reports;

Receipt and allocation of all Relocation-related queries;

Keeping organized database of billing information; intermediary between accounting/coordinators/IT;

Updating the internal database with partner/client/assignee records;

Generating custom reports on service data as per request of the Regional Managers or Product Manager;

Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers;

Other duties as assigned;

 

Required qualifications and skills:

University degree (social sience preferably)

Work experience on a similar position in international company would be advantage

Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of Excel is required

Good written and verbal English Language skills are required

Excellent attention to details

Good organizational skills

Ability to work to deadlines
