International Marketing Agency is premium B2B lead generation agency that helps companies attract new clients and increase demands for their products/services. For our office in Skopje, we are looking for 1 Recruitment Specialist (open for beginners):

Job Description:

• Development of recruitment strategy in line with company goals for IT roles;
• Working for existing and new clients;
• Managing and executing recruitment activities;
• Generating and acquiring new candidates and establish relationships;
• Maintaing contacts in CRM;
• Maintaining a professional relationship with clients and candidates;

Qualification: 

• Faculty degree (or with relevant experience);
• Preferred prior experience in recruitment in the field of the IT industry;
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, LinkedIn, CRM systems and other digital tools;
• Proficient English language skills (both oral and written);
• Proficient German language skills (both oral and written).
