We are looking for Compensation & Benefits Manager for our growing team in Skopje. In this position, you take on the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Prepares, develops and implements mechanisms and tools within the company's remuneration and payroll policies in accordance with the company's business strategy, in order to achieve a stable inflow of human resources and maintain their motivation.
- Participates in the planning of the number of human resources, changes and costs for salaries and other duties for employees.
- Carries out control of the planned budget, prepares months / years by forecasting based on average costs and in case of deviations, analyzes the facts, comments and initiates appropriate corrective measures.
- Guarantees timely organization and implementation of centralized accurate calculation of salary for all employees in accordance with company procedures, registration of working hours, accounting standards, legislation.
- Prepare calculations on all other payments on the base of working contracts, keeping financial records.
- Make sure timely and accurate preparation of employee data records, employee pay sleeps, statistical data.
- Prepares salary and benefit reviews, reports, analysis.
- Checks deductions, calculations and totals from the payment system for calculation of salaries, health and social insurance.
- Maintain and Manage Job and Salary system of the company
- Follows and apply all Legal and General Collective agreement requirements in the area of responsibility.
- Guarantee development of new and implementation of existing reward and recognition systems.
- Prepare, implement and review company polices and procedures following company requirements
- Participates and/ or prepare reports following company requirements, including analysis in the area of responsibility.
- Make sure regular follow up on Legislation and General Collective Agreement changes.
Requirements:
- University Degree, Economy Faculty, Business Administration
- Certificate for C&B Management and other courses in the area of Salary and Benefits
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in the field of calculation of salaries and benefits, 1 year in a managerial position.
- Excellent knowledge of payroll and benefit systems (desirable in international companies). Knowledge in the field of labor market analysis of wage trends, experience in labor market analysis in order to gather accurate information on wages and labor market benefits.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
- Excellent knowledge in business English
- Very good experience in using modern computer technology in the area of expertise
- Precise and prompt management of information, facts and documents
- Capability for efficient operation in dynamic environment and work under pressure.
- Capability for regular, optimal planning and execution of the working assignments, and suddenly assigned tasks with high degree of priority and importance.
- Capability for clear and efficient communication
- Maximum readiness for cooperation with the members of the team, with individuals and teams from other departments/sections
- Readiness for continuous learning and development of new knowledge and skills, adoption of new technologies and methodologies in order to improve the personal skills and results.
