Norna, a Swedish cutting-edge AI company in the fashion industry operating in the intersection of analytics, technology, and design to improve the performance of retailers and to allow them to compete against tech giants. This position is based in Skopje, will work seamlessly with the rest of the Teams in Sweden and Asia, and although the work is individual, it is important that the candidate can support good team collaboration.

                                                                     Back-End Developer

Job description:

• Produce quality code, raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed
• Optimize web applications for performance and scalability and recommend system solutions
• Regularly communicate with members and stakeholders regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 to 5 years working experience with Python programming
• Experienced user of MongoDB
• Excellent working knowledge of English
• Experienced with CI/CD pipeline
• Experienced with Git code control
• Experienced with Linux environment, comfortable working with Bash/SSH
• Knowledge with Docker/Kubernetes
• Knowledge of distributed computing/multi-threading and experience with data processing with large datasets will be considered a plus
• Good code structure and style
