Junior Coders with P + A + A

We don't need Junior Coders, we need Experienced and Senior programmers, but if you are a Junior Programmer and are passionate about programming
and you have the right aptitude and attitude, then we will coach and mentor you to become an experienced coder and set you on the path to become a Senior Programmer.

Three-year, fast track career development plan

We will provide you the support and mentoring to go from a Junior coder to an Experienced programmer and hopefully on to be a Senior programmer.

You can expect challenging projects and lots more learning. Assessments will be carried out 3 monthly, and as your skills increase so will your salary.

You'll be welcomed into our team, who will provide help and support to enable you to develop your skills fast. We know you don't know everything, and that's okay but if you bring the right aptitude and attitude, then with our support your knowledge and skills will soon increase.

We are taking precautions, for the time being, working from home until the Coronavirus problem diminishes. After it does, you'll have the choice of working in our Skopje office or a combination of working from home and in the office. Variety is the spice of life after all.
