As RFP Manager You Will:
- Oversee the flow of daily operations ensuring that the core tasks of the team are done in an accurate and efficient way. Including but not limited to fraud reports, withdrawal requests, confiscations, daily reports, escalations, risk assessment of new and existing players, PSP account funding (Treasury management) and 3rd party contacts, High withdrawal requests etc.
- Participate in Payments/Fraud related projects
- Be the contact point for other departments
- Put processes in place to mitigate fraudulent activity and to mitigate risk
- Proactive attitude, drive innovation to develop and maintain work processes and tools used by the team.
- Ensure a collaborative, including environment is kept where decisions are taken in unison and when they can not be, the background is made clear and transparent
- Monitor team performance and metrics and keep them transparent to the team.
- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the Head of Operational Compliance (stats and any difficulties)
- Monthly QA and one on one with the direct reports. Maintain a healthy level of feedback flowing within the team.
- Provide training when necessary.
- Random daily QA checks on some accounts to make sure procedures are followed, new updates are properly implemented and also to make sure that automation works as expected.
- Ensure that our players and/or other teams get quick and efficient help when needed.
- Cooperate closely to other departments
- Evaluate ongoing training and the results thereof.
- Encourage team creativity and motivate members.
- Assess the individual team members skills and identify ways to support them in reaching their full potential.
- Take action on sub-performance. (meetings, provide additional training, PIP, Disciplinary)
- Identify and reward high performance on both team- and individual level.
- Recruit, interview and hire candidates.
- Set up goals, KPIs for the team.
- Making sure that the processes are aligned with other teams’ processes.
- Create and maintain procedure guides
- Fluency in Macedonian is a must
