Responsibilities:
- Tracking and tracing shipments.
- Record movement of items and shipments.
- Communicating with carriers and drivers on daily basis, making sure everything is as scheduled.
- Receive and answer calls.
- Track the pickups and deliveries.
- Provide and negotiate freight rates.
- Coordinate customer freight with motor carrier equipment.
- Communicate with carriers to schedule trucks and resolve issues.
- Monitor the shipments from its pick-up to delivery point.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work in 2nd shift
