Operations Specialist

Vita Media Group in Skopje is looking for a full-time Operations Specialist to join our growing company.

Vita Media Group has offices in Copenhagen and Skopje. We work within the iGaming, finance, and marketing industries. You will be joining a vibrant and enthusiastic team with a lot of energy and focus.

With a dedicated data-driven approach we ensure that our users always find exactly what they are looking for.

As Operations Specialist you'll be assisting our internal teams with their day-to-day operational tasks (see examples below in the 'Responsibilities' section). We also expect you to be able to work closely with our tech department by suggesting process optimizations and automation.

We expect that the position is ideal for a candidate with several years of experience in the IT industry but this is not a hard requirement.

Main Qualifications

• English proficiency (most of our communication is in English)
• Strong analytical thinking
• Strong SQL knowledge (ability to construct complex & effective queries)
• Understanding HTTP protocol
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and simple JavaScript

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS (CloudWatch, QuickSight)
• Experience with Jira & Agile
• Experience with automation
• Good documentation writing skill (writing guides in Confluence for common operational tasks)

Responsibilities and tasks

Primary:

• Monitoring & health management of our messaging platform
• Bounce processing management
• Email deliverability analysis & support
• IP & Domain reputation management
• Monitor performance of Email Service Provider (ESP) accounts
• Resolving operational requests related to our click tracker
• Setting up tracking links if marketers are unable to do so
• Tracing & Debugging server to server (S2S) callbacks
• Monitoring & Resolving suspicious click activities (bot clicks)
• Be on-call for landing page setup
• Assist marketing team with setting up tracking on landing pages and external landing page tools.
• Perform simple updates to landing pages (image/background replacement, adding scripts, changing the text)
• QuickSight management
• Updating datasets, analyses, and dashboards in QuickSight (currently approximately 25+ actively used Dashboards across the company)
• QuickSight user access management

Secondary:

• WordPress management
• Updating plugins, themes
• User / permission management
• Creating new sites
