Now operating in Skopje, Macedonia Beverly Hills is looking for professionals who will add its value to the growing business. 

Position required: Tenancy Manager – one position

The Tenancy Manager will manage a team of people that prepare and manage a portfolio of properties, selected for the needs of each individual client, in order to help the client make an informed decision about the selection of a new residence as a part of the relocations progress. The Tenancy Manager is also responsible for overseeing the completion of any ownership contracts relating to the property, property inspections and the acquirement of utilities such as electricity and water.

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree with emphasis in sales, marketing or business
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in sales, sponsorship, strategic marketing, event management and budgeting
• Knowledge of retail management and working knowledge of the media industry
• Excellent written and spoken English language
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, selling and negotiation skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy when interacting with others
• Superior computer skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate verbally, visually and in writing are essential to success
• Strong team building and coaching skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Some overnight travel required
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to travel abroad
