Your Skills and Expertise

• BS/MS in Business, Economics or equivalent field
• Formal training in Quality Assurance/Testing methodologies, processes, and practices is preferred
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Self-starter who can work independently, and be a strong team player with a solid understanding of the various testing concepts
• Attitude for analyzing data and business processes and ability to follow instructions, while also applying learned knowledge
• Detail orientated and reliable person, capable, and driven to meet work schedules/deadlines consistently
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences in written and non-written formats
• Ability to collaborate and brainstorm in a dynamic team environment and having the ability to follow instructions, while also applying learned knowledge

Your Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with Software Developers and Business Analysts to identify root causes and develop solutions for program defects
• Independently execute tests based on test plans to ensure software meets end-user requirements and identifies defects and correctly/consistently assigns severity rating
• Interpret written business requirements and technical documents drafted by others to conduct appropriate QA test activities
• Create, build, and execute test plans, scripts, and test harnesses
• Review intermediate test plans as a junior reviewer
• Report any defects or bugs in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365, as may be uncovered during QA tasks
• Learn and stay up to date with related technologies and services in our field, including earning Microsoft certifications as required
