Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:
QUALITY MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for quality management in whole production site.
- Creates and implements "best practice" in quality area: vision, strategy and processes supporting quality and performance of the company.
- Actively manages decrease of customer´s PPM, warranty and cost of quality. As well as internal scrap cost and non-quality cost.
- Ensures development of quality system as such, updates working instructions and trains employees, where necessary.
- Maintains processes and procedures aligned with certified quality systems (esp.IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and other based on company certification)
- Ensures the fulfilling of corrective and preventive actions in order to decrease the number of claims and reduction of total company costs.
- Responsibility to create and maintain the conditions for independent execution of laboratory activities, complying with requirements of ISO/IEC 17025
- Maintaining and improving of quality system according ISO/IEC 17025
- contact with local country chamber of laboratories
- Responsible for creation, approval by management and keeping on the budget. Analyzing of budget deviations.
- Experience in the management and development of employees by a pronounced hands-on mentality.
Key Qualifications / Requirements
- Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ Quality management experience in automotive industry
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership position
- Good IATF and Automotive Core Tool Knowledge
- Good Risk Management Knowledge as advantage
- Base Project Management Knowledge as advantage
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and effective organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamplayer
- Readiness for traveling
