Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop data warehouse software following established standards and best practices and using a heterogeneous technology stack
- Participate in business analysis processes and technical design of BI reporting solutions
- Work on customized ETL framework applying Agile methodology principles
- Provide professional consultancy service in direct communication with end users
- Implementation, testing and maintenance of software solution in accordance with company standards and policies
- Continuous improvement of technical and business/financial knowledge
- Share team values and responsibilities
Requirements & attributes:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
- MS SQL Server working experience with T-SQL development: query scripting, stored procedures, functions and views
- Strong skills for data modeling and data analysis
- Experience in fine tuning queries, query plan evaluation and indexes for performance improvement
- Experience and strong object-oriented programming skills with Python or C#.NET
- Experience in working with XML, CSV, JSON, Excel flat data sources
- Knowledge of DWH concept by Kimball and ETL process is considered as an advantage
- Experience with MS SSIS, SSRS and SSAS is considered as an advantage
- Experience with BI reporting and building reports using large datasets is considered as an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
- Ability to work in international and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, proactive
