JOB BRIEF

We are happy to announce that we are expanding our team of Psyentists! This time we are looking for a curious individual who is willing to develop as our new Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Are you curious about learning about different industries, markets and mastering the skills of matching the right people to the right role?

We are happy to support your journey! You will be able to learn about Talent acquisition strategy, how to map out different markets and target the right talents, how to create candidate journeys, and dive into behavioral assessments.

Our goal is for you to develop full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process by keeping up with the best practices and implementing your innovation initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-             Coordinate with hiring managers about staffing needs in different areas and departments

-             Implement a sourcing strategy using different online channels, internationally

-             Pre-interview assessment of diverse profiles and identifying leading candidates based on different KPIs and selection criteria

-             Plan and implement recruitment and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

-             Proactively show interest to improve internal practices and processes

-             Create an enjoyable candidate journey through consistent communication, interest, and providing constructive feedback

-             Act as a brand ambassador of the company

 

REQUIREMENTS:

-             At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or no previous experience

-             C1 or C2 English level (both written and verbal)

-             To be tech-savvy and enthusiast about using different software

-             Curious and self-driven

-             Comfortable with working in a fast-paced & start-up environment
