For the needs of our client, a renowned Austrian company and leader in the telecommunications market, Motivi Employment is seeking an experienced and motivated Process Manager (International) to join a dynamic international team.
As a Process Manager, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and governing customer-facing processes across multiple countries. You will work closely with international stakeholders and contribute to the continuous improvement of business operations and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and improve customer-facing business processes across multiple markets.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders to ensure process consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor process performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and change management activities.
- Maintain process governance and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Support implementation of ITIL and Service Management best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Management, Business Process Improvement, or similar roles.
- Experience with process mapping, documentation, and governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
