Job Description:

TabTale, a leading mobile game publisher with over 2 billion downloads, is looking for someone to join our sometimes crazy, always fun team in Macedonia!

As Acceptance & Integration Team Leader you are going to lead two teams which ones are responsible for integrating our SDK and validating the integrity of our publishing functionality in our games. The team is customer focused and provide both technical and quality assurance services to our internal and external studios

 

What you'll do:

• Lead a team and manage the day to day tasks of Acceptance testing (QA) and SDK Integrations in our games

• Train, mentor, and proactively support the continued development of existing team members

• Build and promote a positive working environment for the team within your areas as well as other business areas you will engage with

• Be knowledgeable about each member of your team, their strengths, weaknesses and effectiveness, whilst translating each of their behaviours into clear tasks and objectives to improve their individual performance.

• Implement team goals and objectives

• Explain the “why” behind processes, provide the team with a vision of the project objectives.

• Communicate and work closely with various teams

• Review all QA deliverables (Test case, Test data, Run plan, Test plan, Test Strategy) as per quality standards

• Review all SDK Integration deliverables (Timelines of the projects, Status and preparation if Integration work can start)

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Education: BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field

• Good understanding of processes and ability to create and manage process

• Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience: Managing and leading a team and individuals required. Proven ability to meet deadlines. Problem-solving and analytical or troubleshooting work.

• Customer focused: Experience with interaction with company customers

• Tools: Worked with few or all of the following: Unity 3D, Jira, Confluence, TestRail

• Knowledge of Agile methodology

• A high level of logical reasoning
