FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an Finance and Accounting Specialist or similar role
• Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
• Exceptional time management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of bookkeeping software
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• 5 years of experience working as an accountant, finance consultant or similar role

Job Description

• General bookkeeping
• Receipts management
• Accounts payable and accounts receivables
• Preparation of financial statements
• Reporting and analysis
• Verify, maintain and document financial transactions appropriately and keeping other financial records updated accordingly;
• Assist in the day-to-day accounting tasks and invoicing procedures and with any other assignments as instructed by management from time to time;
• Perform other ad hoc analysis and tasks as may be required.
• Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports
• Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis
• Manage client accounts and payment schedules
