Magna Mirrors South-East Europe, a division of Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting - leading supplier of innovative closure systems, modules and exterior and interior mirror systems, is opening the following position for the new Magna Mirrors factory located in Ohrid/Struga region:


TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

Key responsibilities:

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications connected with change management
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Support training efforts - provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
  • Responsible for drawing release and implementing in the system (SAP and file directory)
  • Implementing Bill of Material in SAP
  • Create and update IMDS entries in the database

Additional responsibilities:

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and coordinate anticipated resistance
  • Consult and coach project teams and giving support to plant, coach managers and supervisors in MMSEE
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate efforts with other change management specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Support change management at the organizational level
  • Manage the change portfolio
  • Follow KPIs and action plans defined from Production manager and Project teams  

Required qualification:

  • Technical education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
  • Minimum two years experience in automotive industry
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of SAP system
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
  • Readiness for traveling
