DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGN EXECUTIVE
Our client is a small digital marketing agency based in London providing Digital Marketing Consultancy and Digital Media Services to a range of clients from different sectors.
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Executive to help setup, manage and report digital campaign performance regularly and to maintain and optimise campaign performance, from our offices in Skopje.

Job Description
The role available makes heavy use of advertising platforms from the likes of Facebook; Google; Twitter and others.
Specifically, the role includes supporting clients across the following ad platforms:
- Facebook and Instagram
- Google AdWords
- Google Display Network
- Twitter Advertising
- LinkedIn Advertising
We anticipate expanding this in the near future to potentially include, amongst others
- SnapAds (snapchat advertising)
- SmartAds on Sky TV
- Publisher’s own platforms (such as The Guardian)
You may be required to access and analyse client site information from Google Analytics in order to interpret and report performance.
Planning and reporting of campaigns requires a working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint currently. We are in the process of developing our own AdTech platform that will, in time, reduce the amount of work completed in either of these.
The role itself will be quite broad and will require the ability and application to a campaign from receiving a client brief, interpreting it and producing a plan, and then setting up and managing the campaign for the duration of the activity.
You will be required to use your own initiative to prioritise activity to suit the varying demands of the client briefs.
Role and Responsibilities:
This role will need you to contribute to various aspects of the entire process, including:
- Reviewing client briefs ahead of campaign planning
- Researching and Planning campaigns in preparation for client approval
- Trafficking campaigns (setting up) once approved and ensuring the respective platforms approve creative and run the activity accordingly
- Monitor and optimise activity throughout the duration of a campaign
- Provide periodic updates, by email, where necessary
- Produce reports at the end of a campaign to deliver campaign results and insights generated to the client
- During quieter periods, we would expect the candidate to use their initiative and develop their own understanding, seek certification from the various ad platforms or conduct their own research into new fields that our clients may be able to benefit from using.
As you will be setting up orders for client campaigns that will, ultimately, spend money, an attention to detail is absolutely vital to ensure the actual spend is as intended and not in excess of what client has briefed.
The candidate should be comfortable managing client budgets and campaign spend rates and settings to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned.
Experience and Skills:
We are looking for candidates that are familiar with the domain of digital advertising and its various forms. You should be able to demonstrate an awareness of how the various channels differ in the role they play for any particular campaign (i.e. Display vs Search vs Retargeting)
A successful candidate will have:
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for the subject area
- Be comfortable managing their own time to ensure actions are completed on time
- Should be self-motivated with a strong desire to develop new skills and new approaches to client campaigns
- Well organised with previous experience using Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- Naturally analytical and appreciative of the value that statistically robust and reliable insight can deliver
- Excellent English skills – both written and verbal
Previous direct experience of the ad platforms outlined is welcomed but not necessary. We value enthusiasm and genuine passion to learn and develop the approaches we use to deliver client objectives more than the experience of having done it before.
