A88Lab. is a Swiss Digital Agency specialized in Demand Generation and Web Development. Our clients are Start-Ups, SaaS, and SMBs based in Switzerland. We are currently expanding our team based in Skopje, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-orientated Senior Web Developer/Designer that will work on our client projects and lead the team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the main point of contact with clients to determine website specifications and manage the projects, from planning to launching
- Working on client projects to develop the overall look and design of a website using Angular, Gatsby JS, Vue JS, React, jQuery, Bootstrap
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS.
- Writing website code with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Building Wireframes and Prototypes (Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD)
- Perform Buyer Personas researches, define information architecture, and user journey planning.
- Integrating applications into client websites
- Routinely testing customer websites for accessibility, UX, and performance
- Fixing any website issues or bugs that arise
- Supervising junior web developers, analyzing areas of weakness, and scheduling training sessions accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front-End developer, building Websites and Web Applications
- Project management skills with proven ability to manage websites projects
- Degree in computer science or related field
- Understanding of key design principles and eye for clean design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Familiar with Lighthouse, Pingdom, and GTmetrix
- Understanding of server-side CSS
- Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong client communication skills
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
- Good interpersonal skills
- Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects
- Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
