Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Skopje Office
Terms: Full-time
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m (USA CT)
Reports to: HR: HR Headcount Manager
About the role: As an HR Generalist, you will manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. You will play a key role in fostering a positive company culture and supporting employees throughout their employment lifecycle. This role offers opportunities for career advancement within the HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, the company website, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide guidance and consultation on the selection of candidates.
- Administer assessments, tests, or other evaluation tools as needed.
- Check references and perform background checks on selected candidates.
- Assist in extending offers of employment, including negotiating compensation and benefits.
- Manager the full-cycle onboarding process.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 1+ years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
