Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Driver Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified drivers to meet our company’s hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and verify qualifications
• Coordinate background checks, reference verification, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates and industry networks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in driver recruitment or a related field
• Strong knowledge of driver qualifications, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
