We don't need a robot! We are searching for someone special, an Accounts Assistant who can follow instructions, but also is self-motivated and can think for themselves and make independent decisions.

Job Duties:

• Process payments.
• Issue invoices to customers.
• Make and track payments.
• Review employee expenses and make reimbursements.
• Make bank deposits and keep up records.
• Payroll administration.
• Validate invoices against items or services received.
• Check financial transactions for accuracy.
• Key data into company accounting system.
• Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing
• Completing daily and monthly bank reconciliation
• Supporting the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties

You don't need experience in everything listed, but if you bring the right aptitude and attitude, then you soon will.
