Expectations and tasks:

Be part of a growing and highly-motivated development team that delivers cloud software according to the agile development methodology.   Turn business requirements into technical architecture and fast implementation, while also taking enterprise readiness and technical trends into consideration. Drive collaboration with peers from various teams across projects.

You are expected to bring:

•  Five to ten years of enterprise Java development experience in large scale, high risk, or strategic projects,
• Demonstrated experience in managing technical issues, scope and quality while bring projects to successful completion within the cost and time,
• Business processes and enterprise application knowledge.

Qualifications and skills:

Strong development skills in several of the following areas:

• Proven track record in development of Java and cloud based software,
• Expert knowledge in JSON, REST, OData, Olingo, and experience in integration with frontend and backend,
• Experience in working with continuous delivery and continuous integration and deployment with Git, Maven, Jenkins, etc.,
• Solid knowledge of Database technology, and willingness to learn new in-memory DB technology such as SAP HANA DB,
• Awareness of monitoring, performance, stability and security considerations,
• Passion for agile software engineering,
• Excellent English language skills – written and oral. 

Preferred skills:

• Strong and proven Java Development,
• Experience in implementation of large enterprise projects,
• Good project-management and communication skills.
