CALL CENTER AGENT
Responsibilities:
- Performs outbound sales calls according to pre-approved conversation scenario
- Receives inbound calls according to a pre-approved conversation scenario
- Services customer requests in accordance with the approved rules and procedures
- Enters info from the conversation with customers in the system
Qualifications:
- Experience in call center sales
- Fluent English language
- Effective communication skills- oral and written
- Customer orientation
- Strong team player
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent customer service focus / Professional when dealing with challenging customers
- Good organization skills
- Ability to work efficiently with a keyboard
- Good computer literacy – MS Office applications

The compensation offer is competitive to the labor market and can range from minimum 15 000 MKD net monthly amount and for a successful candidate can reach up to 60 000 MKD net monthly.
