E-mail Marketing Specialist (Retention)

 

Job description

Our new E-mail Marketing Specialist (Retention) possesses a strong marketing mindset, believes that solid customer engagement starts with in-depth user activity analysis. You’ll create impactful e-mail campaigns that will improve the overall user experience.

 

Responsibilities

• Building and executing e-mail marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation
• Setting up, documenting, and maintaining customer retention management procedures (welcome offers, promotional calendars, bonus offers, and more)
• Data-driven management of the players’ lifecycle: from acquisition to retention
• Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to define the retention strategy per market and segment
• Creating marketing materials together with the Content and Graphic teams
• Analyzing historical revenue performance and forecasting future performance from CRM activities
• Improving targeting and campaign performance by working with the Business Intelligence team 
• Presenting key facts and trends from the latest campaigns

 

 

The ideal fit

 

• You are experienced in e-mail marketing
• You understand Customer Retention Management platforms and you would strive to provide the user with the best experience
• Performance Metrics are your strong side
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and cost management skills
• You are a team player and have the ability to work in a start-up environment
• You are not afraid to ask questions and have test & learn approach
