Motivi Employments, for its client Philip Morris International, is looking for a:

 

Digital Marketing Associate

 

Job description

• Ensure client services in the CRM system operate effectively, bringing manual interventions to the minimum
• Execute and setup up new CRM system configuration and integration for current and new activity
• Create workflows and automation configurations to streamline processes
• Resolve technical CRM issues
• Execute process automation and key integrations with external systems such as communications and messaging platforms, email delivery systems, Viber, web plugins, tracking
• Contact point for administration of Virtual Store related activities

• Configuration of campaigns/initiatives on the web and other microsites and content changes and adaptations for major upgrades

• Support of internal activities for social media like legal approval, reporting of issues and changes
• Administration of Purchasing orders activities and proper budget tracking

 

Requirements:

• University degree is preferable (STEM)
• Experience in CRM
• Understanding of API requests
• Building Business Process Models (BPMN) will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in HTML/CSS, URL Structures, Power BI, Google Analytics, AWS services (S3 bucket), and Canva/Jira will be considered as an advantage
