For more than 15 years, we have been working with clients across more than 30 markets, providing innovative digital solutions, analytical tools, and insights into millions of media and social media content items.

We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager who will serve as a key link between clients, sales, marketing, and product development.

Location: Skopje
Full-time position (office-based)

Main Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients;
• Monitoring client needs and challenges and proposing appropriate solutions;
• Organizing and conducting presentations, training sessions, and demo sessions;
• Providing customer support and enhancing the customer experience;
• Identifying opportunities for additional collaboration and service expansion;
• Participating in sales meetings and supporting the preparation of proposals and presentations;
• Actively participating in marketing activities and content creation;
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback;
• Participating in product improvement and development through recommendations based on real client needs;
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

What We Expect

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proactivity, initiative, and independence in work;
• Understanding of sales, customer support, marketing, and digital communications;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Knowledge of the Albanian language will be considered an advantage;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple activities simultaneously;
• Willingness to learn, develop, and actively contribute to the company’s growth.
