PURCHASER / SCM ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Procurement on different material groups
- Monitoring of dates / deadlines
- Independent contacting of suppliers concerning problems and their solution
- Ensure and develop processes to avoid parts out of specification / NC
- Optimization of storage capacity / stock level control
- Prepare packaging and transport solutions for cost reduction
- Identify & deliver operational cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives within
the supply chain
- Negotiation of logistic agreements with transport agencies
- Analyse and optimize the incoming logistics process, preparation of process
descriptions and train involved persons on established process
- Coordination of logistics from the supplier
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in technical related field
- 3+ years work experience in similar function
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office
- Experienced with ERP-Systems in storage balancing (Knowledge of SAP system is a big benefit)
- Good English knowledge in speaking, reading and writing.
- Ability to work in team
- Organizational skills are a must
