Location: Skopje
BtoBet is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Skopje!

Main responsibilities for this position:
- Direct and indirect communication with clients and partners via phone and email
- Testing, reproducing, troubleshooting, documenting and following up on client issues or requests
- Contributing with new articles in the technical support knowledge base
- Working in shifts
Requirements:
- Demonstrated high level of self-motivation with a strong desire to solve problems and multi-task with priority
- Strongly developed analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated team player with ability to learn fast complex technical material
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Maintaining self-control while defusing stressful customer situations
- SQL knowledge
Good to have:
- Prior technical support experience
- Knowledge of Sports betting, Sportbook and Casino games
- General understanding of Atlassian tools such as Jira
The salary package will be discussed during the interview process and is based upon experience.
