Position overview:

An excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing regional market leader company in the System Integration line of business.

The technical pre-sales position, related to various Cisco enterprise networking solutions, aims to discover the infrastructure challenges of our customers, and make suggestions on improvements, expansions, data migrations, consolidations, and security architecture projects.

The System Integration department is the technical know-how center and home of technical competencies for building modern private as well as hybrid cloud solutions, supporting our customers in their growth and digital transformation journey.

This role is suitable for mid and senior-level candidates.

What You’ll Do

• As a Cisco product specialist in data center and enterprise networking technologies, you are best placed in designing, sizing, configuring, and quoting system infrastructure, DC and edge networking solutions, security, and related data center technologies for private as well as government customers in the region.
• Work closely with all team members to interpret and evolve requirements into product features and respond to RFPs
• Activities include planning, design, sizing, development, and quoting complex on-prem, private, or hybrid data center solutions and helping our customers migrate and transform their business.
• Communicate with various vendors (such as Cisco) and their solution architects and technical pre-sales teams in preparing optimal designs and customer technical proposals
• Serve as regional subject matter expert within the Infosoft Systems group on data center solutions, covering primarily the markets of Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo
• Develop strong technical relationships within the target accounts and account teams; serve as a trusted advisor to the account teams & customers
• Plan, organize and prioritize personal as well as team workload

 

What You’ll Need to be Successful

• Ba Preferred degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or Information Technology
• You should have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to effectively share your knowledge
• Be able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members and deliver complex projects on time
• Proven experience in solutions design (pre-sales) of complex robust, scalable on-prem cloud-based platforms and architectures
• Knowledge of networking and associated technologies such as WAN topologies, Layer 3 routing, Spanning Tree, LACP, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, Layer 7 Load balancing, among others, is a requirement
• Understanding of Enterprise networking technologies and concepts
• Experience with any of the Cisco NX-OS / Cisco IOS XE / Dell EMC SmartFabric OS10 / HPE ArubaOS / Juniper Junos OS operating systems will be considered an advantage
• Understanding of SAN-attached systems (FC, FCoE) will be considered an advantage

• 4+ years of experience in the above areas

• Good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
