🧭 Your role
Join Visium’s team and actively contribute to our expansion in Switzerland and internationally.
You will act as a key driver of customer acquisition through blog & social media posts, and marketing automation. You will also maintain best practices in SEO strategy through link building, page structure and content optimization.
Finally, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and other key executives to manage critical business tasks and strategies.
🔧 What we are looking for
Who are you?
- Obsessed with growth, you aspire to build something great, will work tirelessly to achieve it and make a positive impact
- You love conversion funnel optimization and analytics
- Google Analytics & user data are your best friends
- You’re well familiar with best practices of SEM & SEO
- You are a marketing automation ninja and have previous experience with ActivCampaign or equivalent
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- Demonstrated drive and execution skills
💡 What you will be responsible for
Those are some examples of the responsibilities you will be expected to fulfil:
- Run campaigns across various marketing channels including, but not limited to, social media, blog posts, drip campaigns, and more
- Know our customers and market: analyze data and user feedback (campaign results, traffic, conversion rates, etc.) to shape future sales
- Through experimentations: oversee, test and optimize growth and marketing tactics, from awareness to customer acquisition and retention, e.g.:
- Drive leads and traffic to our website and landing page (SEO/SEM, paid ads, etc.)
- Improve audience targeting, messaging and copywriting
- Set up marketing automation processes (emails, landing pages, forms, customer interviews, webinars, lists, drip campaigns, etc…)
- Analyze the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels
- Monitor, invest and optimize growth and marketing budget
