Job description:

As a Resort Landscaper at LIOQA, you will be an integral part of our commitment to maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of our surroundings. Your role will involve creating and maintaining visually stunning landscapes that contribute to the overall ambiance and appeal of the resort.

Landscaping Design and Implementation: Collaborate with the resort management and design team to plan and implement creative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs. Install and maintain various elements such as gardens, lawns, pathways, and water features.

Plant Care and Maintenance: Select and plant owers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery suitable for the resort's climate and design. Implement e ective irrigation systems and ensure proper care and nutrition for all plant life.

Lawn Maintenance: Regularly mow and maintain lawns to ensure a neat and manicured appearance. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as necessary for the health of the grass.

Seasonal and Special Event Enhancements: Coordinate with event planners to enhance landscapes for special occasions and events. Implement seasonal changes in landscaping to showcase the beauty of di  erent times of the year.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems. Report any equipment malfunctions and ensure timely repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscaping, preferably in a resort or upscale hospitality setting
• Knowledge of plant types, landscape design principles, and horticulture practices
• Physical  tness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Creativity and an eye for detail in designing and maintaining aesthetically pleasing landscapes
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - the required level of English is B1

Work of experience: 5+

Languages: English (level vocal - advanced, level written - advanced), Croatian (level vocal - advantage, level written - advantage)
