About the client:
Our client-partner is an Australian tech start up that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology including machine learning, text analytics, and data visualizations to help close the loop faster and deliver actionable insights to leading companies. Resonate has a range of flagship customers and growing brand recognition in the space.
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) to strengthen the team.
In this position, you will be instrumental to the best practices and strength the company’s product development by driving an agile and creative engineering culture and balancing high-quality outputs at pace with managing and inspiring a high-performing team.
Working alongside the Chief Technology Officer, Head of Software Development, Product Management and Operations teams, you will help and advice on the future tech stack while also driving a data-oriented approach for the collection and utilization of customer data to optimize the user experience.

Candidate Profile and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a lead software development or equivalent role
- Demonstrated excellence in code and quality
- Strong expertise in hands-on full-stack development
- Proficient in the .NET platform (incl. .NET Framework, .NET Core and .NET 6)
- Azure (or other cloud) is a keen interest and/or area of experience
- When you hear Angular, React, Vue, Node.js, webpack, npm, etc.… you get excited
- Proficient in modern design paradigms and distributed and cloud architecture
- Lead and mentor by example
- Demonstrated ownership and ability to get the job done
- Exceptional communication skills
- A self-starting, inquisitive nature, and a continuous improvement mentality
- Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science
Nice to haves include:
- Experience in a SaaS product company
- Mobile development experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure
