We are one of the top three fitness companies in Germany and have been nominated as "Webshop of the Year" for the second time and are awarded “Employer of the Future” by the German government.

OUR OFFICE in MK
Our graphics office in Makedonia is in the Kisela Voda district in Skopje.
Our team comprises 7 people, covering a broad range of graphics and multimedia tasks.
We are operating our photo and video studio, allowing us to tap into vast multimedia possibilities.
THE POSITION
We are searching for a team leader who heads our Content Creation Office in Skopje (Kisela Voda).
The purpose of the office is to create visual content with our fitness products and to show the to our customers “in action”.
You will leave a team of graphic designers, photographers, video editors, and fitness experts to be able to create weekly/ biweekly fresh, motivational content.
Your content and actions will contribute to strengthening our brand in Europe and the USA.
1. Managing to create the content
- Fitness workout videos with our product
- Images with our products, highlighting the main product features
2. Converting the content into messages
- Connect the created content with motivational messages, our mission and vision statements
3. Spreading the content
- Upload the content to our homepage social media and other relevant platform
- Making sure our content is viewed worldwide
You will achieve those goals by:
- Leading, organizing, and helping the Skopje team achieve the best quality and motivational content
- Make final decisions and ensure high-quality control
- Produce a steady output of high-quality content
- Make sure all content is utilized and used
- All that by cross-collaborating between multidisciplinary teams in Germany and Bulgaria
- And by reporting on the progress directly to the CEO in Germany
To achieve that goal, you need to possess:
- Several years of experience in a digital agency, video agency or graphics agency
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and the digital landscape
- Understanding of creating or managing video shootings and photography
- Proven experience in managing people
- Excellent English skills
- University degree or equivalent
