On behalf of our client, Philip Morris Tutinski Kombinat Prilep D.o.o., DEKRA is looking for a professional to join the team in the role of:

• BRAND ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implements the LAMP strategy in close collaboration with the supervisor, to maximize its potential for commercialization and normalization of our smoke-free products (SFP);
• Implements content and mechanics for each segment (eg. brand placement and visibility, bartender activation, brand ambassador mechanics). Helps ensure everyone aligns with overall brand guidelines and initiatives;
• Helps in creating the brand's event strategy, and by performing specific tasks and cooperation with third parties (agencies) it contributes to its realization.
• Collects feedback on the content/mechanics used, collects the results in relation to the set KPIs and makes reports from the realized events.
• Strictly follows PMI policies and procedures. Ensures through theoretical and practical training that the policies and positive practices relevant to each function under the control of that position, within the company, third party suppliers and towards consumers, are known and strictly adhered to.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High education degree in Marketing, E-business, Economics or similar field;
• 1- 3 years of experience within a marketing sector or marketing agency;
• Driving license category B (minimum 2 years driving experience);
• Fluent in English;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present conclusions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate in a dynamic environment;
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
