Magnum Consulting Ltd is looking for:

Software Support Engineer for a post with a reputed client based in Doha, Qatar. 

The candidate would be responsible for:

• 1st level of trouble shooting (bug fixing, patch management, preventive maintenance),
• Manage the client support system for any type of MG-Software related calls,
• Coordinate with Site Project Manager,
• Manage the records for support calls,
• Help and coordinate with the Software development team to enrich the existing software.

The candidate must be a:

• Computer Science Graduate with a minimum experience of 3 years,
• Should be proficient in both written and spoken English, and
• Have knowledge of:
  •  Frontend – AngularJS;
  • Server NodeJS,
  • Backend – Python and Django framework,
  • DB server – MySQL, and
  • Microsoft Office Tools.
