  • ESPRESSO TEAM LEADER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Participates in the creation and implementation of the SBU strategy for the espresso coffee category in all relevant sales channels;
  • In cooperation with the local distributer, actively works to achieve the sales goals, responsible for the achieved results, that is, realization of short term and long term sales goals for the market he/she is in charge of;
  • Manages the BD/barista team;
  • Negotiates with key customers;
  • Manages investments and POSM;
  • Prepares reports and analyses for higher structures in the organisation;
  • Prepares training plans for team members;
  • Responsible for keeping track and monitoring fixed assets (machines, grinders...) on the market;
  • Analyses the usage of fixed assets;
  • Provides support to the Espresso Sales Manager in the planning process (CAPEX);
  • Controls and analyses the work done by the servicing provider;
  • Responsible for keeping track and monitoring the implementation of POSM and materials for branding facilities on the market;
  • Controls and monitors customers' marketing investments;
  • Rolling sales forecast;
  • Bottom up reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree;
  • At least one year work experience in the same or similar position;
  • Knows the market and the specifics of the espresso coffee business;
  • Customer-oriented and able to establish and maintain contacts with new customers
  • Proactive work approach, team spirit and result-oriented;
  • Has a B category license.

  • Ability to acquire and maintain professional contacts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction;

  • Strong sales drive.
