Job Description

Psyent is expanding our team of Psyentists, and we are looking for a self-driven HR Consultant to join us on our mission to revolutionize organizational growth and performance. If you're passionate about talent management, job performance, and employee satisfaction, then we want you! You'll partner with an award-winning UX/UI design agency in Berlin to drive their organizational success. From creating a culture of engagement and retention to crafting learning and development programs, you'll be the driving force behind it all. And with your help, we'll continue to innovate and create cutting-edge HR consultancy services that make a real difference.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing a positive, collaborative, and engaging company culture where everyone is participating and bringing their unique footprint;
  • Ensuring appropriate implementation of the performance reviews and development plans;
  • Conducting Competency-based interviews with pre-selected candidates;
  • Defining, implementing, and improving the onboarding processes;
  • Conducting bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with employees and providing support for further professional and career path development;
  • Developing Talent Development Programs;
  • Organizing community activities for employee engagement;
  • Conducting company analysis and strategic planning;
  • Advising C-level executives on business structure, procedures, processes, and human resources strategy;
  • Developing and implementing new HR consultancy programs and services.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar;
  • 2+ Years of experience in relevant positions;
  • Previous experience in implementing talent development and employee engagement strategies;
  • Fluent/Excellent English Language Skills;
  • An additional certificate/degree in Human Resources or a Master's degree in organizational psychology would be an asset;
  • Strong communications skills and a growth-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
