For our branch in Zhelino, we are looking for a talented, experienced and initiative personality in the following position:




  • Directs and coordinates the activities of all blue- and white-collar employees engaged in the field of Logistics (Sales, Procurement, Warehouse and Internal Logistics)
  • Organization of internal logistics according JIT procedures (picking concepts, material staging, supermarket concepts, Kanban an e-Kanban development, route planning and logistical layout planning)
  • Planning economical bin and container solutions in the internal and external logistic process
  • Initiating process improvements, cost control procedures and yield improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and cost effectiveness of the logistic operations
  • Responsible for coordination and cost savings in all external logistics activities (Material in, Finished goods out)
  • Capacity calculation of equipment and transport bins during project start-up (packaging planning, calculation, general logistical questions)
  • Develops charts, KPI´s and other records and reports in order to determine logistic requirements and on time arrival of materials for the production process
  • Develops budgets and approves expenditures for supplies, and materials, ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to meet Logistic targets.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for personnel by providing training, equipment or operation changes, equipment maintenance, and meetings on safety.


Requirements and qualifications:

  • BSC / Master in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing engineering, Logistics
  • Minimum 5 years expertise in the field of Production Logistic
  • Experience in the Logistics activities such as Sales, procurement, Transport organization, customs, JIT, cost optimization and increasing picking efficiency.
  • Good knowledge, experience in the application of lean methods required such as push & pull, KANBAN, misc.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written), German will be considered as an advantage
  • Proficient SAP User
  • Proficient MS Office
