JOB PURPOSE
As a part of the Human Resources Division, the HR Coordinator is responsible for completing administrative duties for the human resources department in the organization, assisting in recruitment, and maintaining employee records.

Monthly Salary: Per signed contract

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or other relevant HR Experience.
English Language Proficiency (Business English)
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
Meticulous attention to detail.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
Support other assigned functions.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
