JOB BRIEF

We are happy to announce that we are expanding our team of Psyentists! This time we are looking for a curious individual who is willing to develop as our Talent Sourcer (Tech/Business roles). Are you interested in learning about different industries, markets and mastering the skills of matching the right people to the right role?

We are happy to support your journey! You will be able to learn and apply modern talent sourcing techniques and strategies, map out different markets for specialized positions, and create candidate funnels to support the growth of our clients. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques and channels (Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack overflow, etc.)
• Conduct market research across different locations
• Partner with Lead Sourcer, Recruiters and Hiring Managers to determine position requirements
• Maintain candidate databases (e.g., via our Applicant Tracking System)
• Report daily and weekly metrics and continuous sourcing coordination
• Research and keep up with the latest sourcing trends and best practices
• Outreach candidates and conduct intro screening calls
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or lead generation is a plus, but not mandatory
• C2 English level (written and verbal communication)
• Critical-thinking skills
• BSc in business, psychology, STEM, eCommerce, or a relevant field
• Good time-management skills
• Self-starter, achievement-driven, and proactive
• Comfortable with working in a fast-paced & start-up environment
• High level of integrity
