ITD Distribucija DOO Skopje, an IT distribution company, is seeking to recruit:

Service Employee for electronic devices

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repairing and treat hardware errors for laptops, PC, servers and peripherals products.
• Install, test and update computer equipment (computers, servers, peripherals, programs and software)
• Answering phone calls and provides excellent customer care.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Perform related duties as required.

Candidate’s Requirements:

• University degree – preferable in Computer Science.
• At least 1 year of work experience in repairing PC, Laptops, etc.
• Very good knowledge of IT devices.
• Very good knowledge of hardware diagnosing and repairing, IT local networks, software installation and updates.
• Basic knowledge in the operating systems Microsoft Client/ Server.
• Basic concepts of IT for Servers, systems and procedures, also of the networks.
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Good communication skills with the customers and the working team.
• Team worker and ability to work under pressure.
