We are looking for a BILLING COORDINATOR for one of our biggest clients. They are the fastest growing Internet Service Provider in London, UK.
Responsibilities
* Raise invoices / credit notes on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.
* Deal with “Stop Billing Notices” and carry out quarterly billing preparation work, checking for cease and go live dates in Salesforce and updating aBility accordingly.
* Carry out administrative tasks such as filing and updating accounting records in an organised manner.
* Raise queries in Salesforce and assign to a department / individual. Follow the query through if required.

Skills and Experience required
* A-Level or equivalent
* 1-2-year experience billing in Telecommunications industry
* Intermediate excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, If Statements)
* Excellent communication skills (verbal / written)
* Excellent telephone manner
* Capable of managing a high workload with ever-changing priorities
* Able to deal with finance and non-finance personnel

* Good oral and written communication skills.
