Service Desk Specialist (Junior)

For the needs of our client, a renowned Austrian company and leader in the telecommunications market, Motivi Employment is seeking a motivated Service Desk Specialist to join an international IT support team.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates passionate about technology, customer support, and IT services. You will provide technical assistance to business users and ensure high-quality support within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support via phone, ticketing systems, and remote tools.
• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Analyze and prioritize incidents according to SLA requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ServiceNow or similar systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.

Requirements

• Technical education or previous experience in IT support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of networks and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ticketing systems is considered an advantage.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
