повеќе за компанијата »MOTIVI for its Danish clients (Vita Media Group) is looking for a highly motivated and professional Technical Manager, who is looking for a chance to prove themselves by building a team that will develop outstanding software and Games.
Profile: Technical Manager
Primary Skils: People & Project Mngt, Java, Angular
Seconday Skils: AWS Services, Smtp/Postfix
Technical Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical support/IT staff
- Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in to CTO & Tech Lead in the Danish office.
- Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production
- Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
- Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
- Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget
- Oversee user testing and report results—adjust requirements as needed
- Work closely with project manager during all phases of the development lifecycle
- Review all work produced by the development team
- Ensure code produced meets company standards
- Should also be able to lead the technical development, and therefore fill both managerial and technical expert roles.
- It is a plus if the candidate has a good understanding of the commercial objectives behind the projects & platforms, as proactive initiatives for improving the software is welcome, be it new architecture or refactoring.
Technical Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Information Technology field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills in English
- Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages
- Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
Nice to Have
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, a plus
Project & Platforms
- VitaMediaLab Platform - A Data Driven Affiliate Marketing Platform with a backend in Java, frontends in Angular
- EkstraPoint - An iGaming loyalty platform where iGaming players can participate and play various games for free and win “EP Points”
- Affiliate Platform - A simple platform for allowing clients to access the marketing campaigns for VitaMediaLabs
- Push Messaging System - This system acts as a proxy between sending clients (VitaMediaLab Platform, EkstraPoint), and actual delivery endpoints
- HTML5 Games - The EkstraPoint platform relies on good quality and entertaining games. The Games will be built using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (Vanilla, JQuery, Create.js etc.) - and Java will be used for the backend services, including REST, for RNG, user, leaderboard
