We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team on a full time basis. In this role, you’ll work on end-to-end D365FO implementations, collaborate with clients to solve their business challenges, and help shape the future of enterprise technology by following the ’Success by design’.

Role summary

A key role in delivering D365FO solutions for our clients. Responsible for configuration of financial and supply chain processes within D365FO, ensuring solutions align with both client needs and Kodeqa’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage VAT setups, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
  • Implement and optimize Fixed Assets modules, including depreciation, disposals, and reporting.
  • Design and deploy E-invoicing solutions to streamline billing processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Leverage OCR technology to automate procurement processes , vendor invoicing and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and customize workflows to improve business processes and user experience for approvals.
  • Define, map, and implement security roles, ensuring proper segregation of duties (SoD) and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of D365FO solutions.
  • Occasional travel may be required to work on-site with customers
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and analyze finance-related requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals..
  • Work with technical consultants to design and validate integrations with external systems.
  • Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals.
  • Support project planning, risk identification, and mitigation strategies in line with the Success by Design framework.
  • Provide hyper care support post-implementation and help transition knowledge to support teams.
  • Participating in internal team activities, meetings, knowledge share sessions

Hard skills:

  • 3+  years of experience working with an ERP system (Dynamics NAV, AX2012, D365FO, SAP, Pantheon, etc.) (preffered)
  • Industry knowledge in any of the following: Finance, Procurement, Production, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.
  • Strong understanding of financial and procurement and experience in end-to-end ERP business processes.
  • Practical experience with localizations for Adriatic and Balkan region
  • Experience with E-invoicing in Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia
  • Experience of working with Comarch (preffered)
  • Advanced written and spoken English

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment including cross-functional team, technical consultants and business users.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient at leading workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving decisions.
