Responsibilities

• Organization of road transport in accordance with company procedures and set goals;
• Coordination of work with other departments at the employer;
• Direction and continuous improvement of processes in the road transport department;
• Monitoring and constant improvement of the requirements of existing clients;
• Participation in the business development team, close cooperation and functional connection with other transport divisions;
• Sales support;
• Collection and analysis of requirements of potential clients and development and presentation of solutions based on requirements.

Profile

• High or higher degree in a technical, economic or organizational field;
• Active use of written and spoken English;
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the organization of international transport of goods;
• Working on a computer (MS Office);
• Responsibility, flexibility, punctuality, professionalism, tendency to work in a team;
• Developed communication and organizational skills;
• Orientation towards achieving goals and solving problems.
