Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Law.
• Member of the Bar Association of Macedonia.
• Experience in M&A transactions and/or commercial disputes.
• The ability to manage complex projects with the coordination of a large number of participants and teamwork.
• Professional knowledge of English.

Advantage:

• LL.M. at a foreign university.
• Worked in international or large national Law Firm.
• Published professional papers in the field of Commercial Law.
