In-house Graphic Designer/Web designer
Job Summary:
The position is primarily responsible for developing concepts, layouts, and final art for a wide range of design projects involving a variety of integrated steps and processes. Additionally, the position provides instant troubleshooting and issue resolution, as well as ongoing recommendations for improvement and enhancements for the website and social media platforms.
Main Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, research, and plan necessary elements needed to successfully produce design-related materials in line with company strategic vision.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to ads, brochures, direct mails, sales sheets, and exhibits, in line with company branding strategy.
- Design and layout Power Point presentations
- Maintaining and enhancing websites and social media platforms
- Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, publishing/printing houses, etc.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Min. 3 years of design experience for an in-house marketing department or marketing agency
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Proficiency in MS Office (specially PowerPoint) and other Adobe products desired
- Ability to work on WordPress
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously and completing assigned tasks accurately
- Self-starter and a team player
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
