Open position:
CRM Technical Consultant& Developer
Activities required for the position:
- Business process and customer requirements analysis
- Designing, customizing and implementing CRM solutions
- Shaping of processes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Consulting our clients on business process implementation
- Preparing project and user documentation
- Testing the system according to user requirements and project documentation
- Training users
- Providing user support
Profile:
- University degree in Computer Sciences
- Experience with/previous work within at least one CRM solution (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Previous experience with business solutions analysis and implementation considered as advantage (CRM, BPM, DMS, ERP)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- SharePoint knowledge is considered as advantage
- Diplomas and certificates are considered as an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in the team, communication with customers, diagnostics and troubleshooting, work standards, the ability to manage their time and tasks
- Professional experience of at least 2 years as CRM developer with references (contact person and phone number or e-mail) is considered as an advantage
